About The Position

BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 1:1 private duty care in Decatur and surrounding communities. This role offers the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time, focusing on flexibility, support, and stability. Nurses can build meaningful relationships with clients and their families while enjoying competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and no weekend requirements. BAYADA provides 24/7 clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and experienced guidance. Clients range from pediatrics to geriatrics with diverse clinical needs.

Requirements

Active LPN license in the state of Indiana
Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time in the comfort of their home.
Focus attention on one client throughout the shift.
Build a meaningful relationship with the client and their family.
Provide personalized, high-quality care tailored to individual needs.
Utilize user-friendly electronic charting through Statewise.
