About The Position
Cooperative Home Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care for two pediatric patients in High Ridge, Missouri. This is a private duty nursing role offering 40 hours per week during day shifts. This position allows for meaningful one-on-one patient relationships and a flexible schedule, away from the fast-paced hospital or facility environment.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of Missouri
- Active CPR certification

- Ability to handle higher acuity clients (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
- Assist clients with home/social activities and actively promote independence at home.
- Complete all necessary clinical documentation.
