About The Position

Glenbrook Rehab is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time day, evening, and night shifts, as well as a part-time night shift. Shift differentials are provided on top of the hourly wage. LPNs develop meaningful relationships with residents by learning their life stories and use nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role is supported by American Senior Communities’ clinical standards, established processes, and commitment to excellence. Requirements

Hold a current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
Have proficient medication management skills.
Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
