About The Position

BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for PRN and weekend home care nursing in Salisbury and the surrounding areas. LPNs will provide 1:1 care to clients in their homes, building real relationships and enjoying flexible scheduling. Opportunities are available for picking up extra hours or easing back into nursing. BAYADA offers commitment bonuses, fast-track bonus opportunities, and competitive hourly rates, including differentials for weekend and overnight shifts. A premium night shift team offers a flat rate of $35/hour and requires experience with Trach/Vent cases, with a commitment of only one weekend shift per month and one holiday per year. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available with various shift lengths (8, 10, or 12 hours) and no weekend requirement for some positions. BAYADA serves adult and pediatric clients throughout the Piedmont Triad Area. The company provides efficient onboarding, personalized paid training, skill-building, 24/7 clinical support, and electronic charting.

Requirements

• Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Experience with Trach/Vent cases (for Premium Night Shift Team)
