About The Position
A community healthcare facility near Helena, Montana is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join its outpatient clinic team! This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire position with a day shift, Monday through Friday schedule. There are no holidays or call responsibilities. The position offers a $5,000 retention bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Montana LPN license or Compact license
- Previous outpatient clinic experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Responsibilities
- Support physicians and providers with patient care, clinical procedures, and administrative duties
- Provide direct patient care and clinical support within an outpatient clinic setting
- Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and diagnostic testing
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a high standard of patient care
