Our Winston-Salem and Greensboro skilled nursing offices proudly serve adult and pediatric clients throughout the Piedmont Triad Area. Requirements
- Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Requires experience with Trach/Vent cases
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, reliable care to individuals who thrive with the stability of home-based support.
- Provide 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels.
