About The Position
Fairmount Homes is a five-star rated facility located on a beautiful 50+ acre campus in rural Ephrata, PA. We are dedicated to faith, family, and community and are looking for team members to join our mission to provide high quality services and enrich the lives of those we serve! This is a Weekend Program position with competitive pay. The LPN will work two 12-hour weekend shifts (6:30am to 6:30pm) and one 8-hour shift during the week, totaling 32 hours per week. The role requires working 48 out of 52 weekends of the year.
Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in PA
- Current CPR certification.
- Demonstrates critical problem-solving and appropriate independent decision-making abilities.
- Interacts and works well with older adults
- Supports the mission, philosophy, policies, changes and values of Fairmount Homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality services and enrich the lives of those served.
- Work two 12-hour weekend shifts (6:30am to 6:30pm) and one 8-hour shift during the week.
- Maintain safety and infection control standards, following the rules and regulations of the state and federal regulatory agencies.
