The role involves supporting individuals in the community with direct care, including personal hygiene, wound care, bladder/bowel care, and post-surgery recovery. Care is personalized to each client's needs, which may include in-home support or assistance with community activities. The organization emphasizes genuine care for client well-being.

Requirements

• Valid BLS/CPR Level C certification
• Smartphone with a data plan
• LPN License and registration with the Nova Scotia College of Nursing
• Professional Liability Insurance
• Experience working with individuals in the community

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team
• Driver's License G class with access to a vehicle

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to individuals in the community.
