The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will prepare and room patients for examinations by obtaining vital signs and documenting pertinent health information. The LPN will perform laboratory procedures, assist physicians with procedures and surgeries, and administer medications under physician/provider orders. They will also provide basic patient education, communicate with the healthcare team, and perform advanced clinical tasks. Additionally, the LPN will organize and prepare exam rooms, maintain clinic equipment, and participate in patient-centered initiatives and quality improvement activities. This role requires the ability to provide age-appropriate care based on the principles of growth and development.
