About The Position

Maria Joseph Continuing Care Community is seeking caring, dependable, and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their compassionate healthcare team. This role is vital to the health and well-being of residents, involving direct nursing care, medication administration, monitoring resident conditions, and maintaining accurate documentation. The position requires effective communication with residents, families, and team members, adherence to safety protocols, and upholding high standards of care within a faith-based, mission-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) qualification.

  • Ability to work full-time or part-time.
  • Availability for first and second shifts, and part-time for every other weekend on third shift.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and providing direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans.
  • Administering medications and treatments.

  • Following all safety protocols and maintaining high standards of care.
