About The Position
Maria Joseph Continuing Care Community is seeking caring, dependable, and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their compassionate healthcare team. This role is vital to the health and well-being of residents, involving direct nursing care, medication administration, monitoring resident conditions, and maintaining accurate documentation. The position requires effective communication with residents, families, and team members, adherence to safety protocols, and upholding high standards of care within a faith-based, mission-driven environment.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) qualification.
- Caring, dependable, and dedicated.
- Ability to work full-time or part-time.
- Availability for first and second shifts, and part-time for every other weekend on third shift.
- Skilled clinical care.

Responsibilities
- Planning and providing direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments.
- Monitoring residents' conditions and recognizing and reporting changes in health status.

- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and fellow team members.
- Following all safety protocols and maintaining high standards of care.
- Embodying principles of kindness, patience, empathy, and a sincere commitment to enhancing the lives of residents.
