About The Position
This position is for a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Lankenau Heart Group - Delaware County. The LPN will assist the office care team with data collection, assessments, and care planning to provide age-appropriate and diagnosis-focused care. The role involves using active listening and strong communication skills to consult with patients/families and healthcare professionals to meet patient needs and provide optimal care. The LPN will also assist with providing education and guidance to patients and their significant others. Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited school of practical nursing.
- Current Pennsylvania LPN license required.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
- Ability to communicate proficiently in English (both verbally and writing) to perform job duties.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of clinical office experience, preferably in the specified discipline of the practice, is preferred.
