About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for adult care to join their Skilled Nursing team in Mercer County, NJ. The office emphasizes providing high-quality home care with compassion, excellence, and reliability. They care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, including those requiring advanced care like tracheostomy and ventilator management, and offer paid training for these specialized skills. The Mercer County office provides an excellent onboarding and training experience, flexible scheduling, electronic charting, in-depth paid training and shadowing, award-winning simulation labs, short commute times by matching clients near homes, and 24/7 on-call clinical support.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to adult clients in their homes.
• Provide one-to-one client care.
• Perform preventive care.
• Engage in hands-on care with only one client per day.
• Build client relationships and observe their milestones.
