About The Position

CareOne at Concord is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses to join their team. The role involves the day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for assigned residents, providing direct and indirect care according to care plans and regulations, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants and other licensed nurses. The facility emphasizes maximizing patient outcomes and treating everyone with respect, dignity, and compassion, striving for the highest standards of care and service.

Requirements

Graduate from credentialed school of nursing
Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for residents assigned to his or her care.
Direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
Supervises administratively in the building assigned, Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of all staff of his/her respective discipline.
Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline.
