About The Position

Sisters of the Humility of Mary is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse for their Villa Maria, PA nonprofit. This role involves providing direct patient care, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and enhancing the quality of life for residents in a 32-bed private care facility. The nurse will document patient information, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to standards. They will also assist wherever needed on the unit, complete incident reports for falls or injuries, and work to improve residents' physical, mental, and emotional health.

Requirements

2+ years of clinical healthcare experience
Current Pennsylvania practical nursing license in good standing
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Computer proficiency
Willingness to complete DHS Direct Care Training during your orientation period

Nice To Haves

Personal care or assisted living experience
Knowledge about geriatric nursing or DHS regulations
