About The Position
Oconto Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join its resident-focused care team in Oconto, Wisconsin. The LPN provides high-quality care and support to residents with varied needs, administers medications, monitors vital signs, and supports resident care plans and clinical documentation. The role also includes guiding CNA staff, promoting resident safety and comfort, and collaborating with Nurse Managers and the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Wisconsin.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for caring for the aging population.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
- Support resident care plans and clinical documentation.
- Lead and guide CNA staff.
