About The Position

Centerville Post Acute is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our night shift. Requirements

  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state
  • Current CPR certification
  • Compassionate, dependable, team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Supervise and support CNAs on your shift
  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation
