About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is a non-profit organization that has been in operation for 50 years. They are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Minnesota to provide one-to-one client care in home settings. The role offers stability, with a focus on employee longevity and support. Nurses will work with local clients, often with short commutes, and handle various common diagnoses. LPNs/LVNs with experience in hospitals, long-term care, or schools are well-suited for this private duty role.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Directly transferable skills from working in hospitals, long-term care, and schools are well-equipped to handle one client in the home.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one client care in a home setting.
• Work with local clients with short commutes.
• Handle common diagnoses such as TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery.
