About The Position
Provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities of the Nursing Staff and CNAs in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility. Positions available: Full-time and Part-time 3-11 shift; Part-time 11-7 shift (.5); Pool (PRN).
Requirements
- Must have graduated from an appropriate practical nursing program.
- Have an active, unencumbered Practical Nursing license in the State of Pennsylvania.
- Must be able to perform the duties of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Nice To Haves
- Have a minimum of 2-years' experience in long-term care facility or a supervisory capacity in a hospital with focus on rehabilitation.
- Two (2)-Four(4) years' experience in long-term care facility with skilled beds preferred.
