Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
BAYADA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse with a passion for home care to join its Butler County Skilled Nursing team. The role provides compassionate, reliable, one-to-one care in a client’s home. Nurses travel to one nearby client home and choose a schedule that works for them. BAYADA provides paid orientation and virtual and hands-on training, along with additional paid training to help nurses feel comfortable and competent on their first shift. The position is available as PRN, part-time, or full-time, with morning, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts and 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. There are no weekend or minimum-hour requirements.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the United States.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose.
- Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
