About The Position
Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the VASAP Clinic in West End, Nashville, Tennessee. VUMC is dedicated to advancing health and wellness through patient care, education, and research. This role supports the licensed healthcare team in providing direct patient care, offering healthcare information to patients and families, and adhering to the established plan of care. The LPN works collaboratively with Registered Nurses and other licensed healthcare professionals to evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed, all under the supervision of a licensed professional and in accordance with VUMC standards and licensure regulations.
Requirements
- LIC-Licensed Practical Nurse - Tennessee
- Relevant Work Experience
- 1 year experience
- Graduate of an approved discipline specific program
