About The Position

Hickory Creek at Scottsburg is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time or part-time night shifts. In this role, you will use your nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being while developing meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories, routines, and preferences. Requirements

Hold a current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
Have proficient medication management skills.
Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
