About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Medical-Surgical clinical team. In this role, you will assist in developing and implementing comprehensive nursing care plans across diverse age groups—from pediatric through geriatric populations. Working collaboratively with registered nurses, ancillary staff, and interdisciplinary care teams, you will uphold high standards of professional nursing practice and patient advocacy.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of recent Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) LPN experience
• Active, unrestricted State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Excellent communication
• Ability to collaborate across care teams
• Adaptability in a fast-paced inpatient setting

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing clinical assessments, contribute to total nursing care plans, and deliver direct bedside patient care for Medical-Surgical patients.
• Work cooperatively with ancillary nursing staff, providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth patient flow and maintain high clinical standards.
• Deliver age-appropriate, compassionate nursing care across various patient populations, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Maintain accurate charting, administer medications and treatments according to established standards, and ensure a safe, hygienic environment.
