About The Position
Licensed Practical Nurse: Work closely with RNs and physicians to deliver patient care, monitor vital signs, assist with medical procedures, and provide patient education. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, compassionate, and experienced in nursing.
Requirements
- Active LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of practical nursing experience (LTC/SNF)
- BLS certification
- Flexibility to work per diem shifts
- Current Pre-employment Physical
- Current PPD/Quantiferon
- MMR Vaccine Records/Titers
- Copy of License
- 2 professional references
