About The Position
Knoxville Center for Behavioral Medicine is a comprehensive inpatient behavioral health facility providing acute behavioral health care and outpatient treatment to adults and geriatric adults in crisis due to severe symptoms related to behavioral health and/or substance use disorder. We are seeking a passionate LPN to join our team and improve behavioral health in the community. This role involves providing psychiatric care to adults and geriatric patients requiring inpatient hospitalization due to mental disorders like cognitive illnesses. The center is a 64-bed acute inpatient setting with IOP/PHP oversight, focusing on adult and geriatric clients with behavioral health and addiction treatment needs. It emphasizes acute intervention with short-term stays and is a joint venture between NHC, Tennova, and the University of Tennessee Medical Center-Knoxville.
