About The Position
Concordia of Bridgeville is hiring experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time openings on all shifts. This role involves providing quality nursing care to residents on a specific unit and supervising other team members. The position offers a competitive pay rate of up to $36/hr, plus shift differentials.
Requirements
- Dedicated to providing high-quality care.
- Two or more years of Leadership experience required.
- Caring and compassionate.
- Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Practical Nurse.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Responsibilities
- Provides quality nursing care to the residents of a particular unit.
- Supervises other professional and non-professional team members.
- Assists with Charge Nurse duties.
- Replaces call offs as needed.
- Assists Charge Nurse with administering medications, ensuring adherence to physician orders, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Provides resident care, treatments, and procedures.
