About The Position

Cooperative Home Care is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support an Adult patient in House Springs for up to 84 hours per week, Weekday Overnight (7p - 7am) and Weekend Overnight (7p - 7a) shifts. Private Duty Nursing allows nurses to form meaningful 1 on 1 patient relationships and offers you the ability to work a schedule that fits your life. While eliminating the chaos that comes with a hospital or facility environment.

Requirements

Active LPN license in the state of Missouri
Active CPR certification

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
Assist clients with home/social activities and actively promote independence at home.
Complete all necessary clinical documentation
