About The Position

CNS Cares is hiring full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses to provide private, one-on-one care in patients’ homes. The role supports patients in remaining as independent and comfortable as possible at home while giving nurses time to build close relationships with their patients. CNS Cares serves the American workforce, including Armed Services Veterans and former energy workers.

Pay is listed as $32.00–$37.00 per hour. Twelve-hour day and night shifts are available. Full-time nurses are required to work every other weekend, including Saturday and Sunday. Nurses must be willing to travel up to 60 miles and may be asked to work in multiple homes, if applicable. Benefits are available to employees working 30 or more hours per week.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state or states of practice.
• Current hands-on BLS certification.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work every other weekend, including Saturday and Sunday, for full-time schedules.
• Willingness to travel up to 60 miles.
• Willingness to work in multiple homes, if applicable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of in-home health care experience.
