About The Position

Merakey is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. This role involves working in a Long-Term Structured Residence (LTSR) facility with individuals who have a mental illness. The LPN will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assessing for physical illnesses, and educating residents on healthy living and medication use.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
• Current license as an LPN in the Commonwealth of PA.

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• 1 year of mental health nursing preferred.
• 1 year in a medical facility preferred.

Responsibilities
