NHC HealthCare Oakwood is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their supportive, family-oriented team for the night shift. Requirements

Current Tennessee LPN license
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
A commitment to compassionate, high-quality senior care
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
New graduates are welcome to apply. Graduated Practical Nurses who are beginning their nursing careers will receive support and mentorship as they develop their clinical skills.

Responsibilities

Use the nursing process to assess patients, plan and implement individualized care, and evaluate outcomes.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established clinical standards.
Monitor patient conditions and report meaningful changes to the appropriate members of the care team.
Organize workflows and prioritize patient needs to support safe, efficient, and attentive care.
Communicate compassionately and professionally with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants and other members of the care team.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Help create a positive, respectful, and family-oriented environment for patients and fellow partners.
