Requirements

Active LPN license in Ohio (required)
Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
A team player with great communication skills
Genuine compassion and a nonjudgmental approach to patients facing substance use disorders
Comfort with computer-based documentation systems

Nice To Haves

Experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health, or psychiatric nursing is a plus — but not required if you bring the right mindset

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on nursing care to clients in our residential treatment program
Administer medications and treatments under physician/NP direction
Monitor vitals and health status, flagging concerns to the medical team early
Support intake, screenings, and medical assessments for new clients
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to build individualized treatment plans
Educate clients on medication adherence and healthy lifestyle habits
Keep accurate, compliant documentation (HIPAA/OSHA)
Contribute ideas in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
