Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and clinical standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve the best possible resident outcomes
- Support and supervise nursing assistants in delivering quality resident care
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and compassionate care environment
