As an LPN, you will oversee all aspects of patient care through directing and supervising nurses, nurse technicians, medication aides, and certified nursing assistants (CNA). You will also provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration, observe and manage acute changes in a patient's condition, and help provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment.
Requirements
- Current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a licensed practical nurse (LPN)
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Ability to work every other weekend (full and part-time positions)
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of patient care through directing and supervising nurses, nurse technicians, medication aides, and certified nursing assistants (CNA)
- Provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration
- Observe and manage acute changes in a patient's condition
- Help provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment
