About The Position

Join the caring team at St. Agnes Home, a faith-filled senior living community owned by the Carmelite Sisters of the Divine Heart of Jesus in beautiful Kirkwood. Here, you'll build meaningful relationships with residents, work alongside compassionate caregivers, and make a lasting difference every single shift. Now Hiring: Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) – Night Shift Schedule: 3 twelve-hour shifts | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM. Sign-On Bonuses Available: Full-Time (40 hours): $3,000 | Three-Quarter Time: $2,250 | Part-Time: $1,500.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current Licensed Practical Nurse, in good standing, in the State of Missouri
Basic computer skills
Must successfully pass the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) criminal background check.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Must be able to provide a copy of his/her own social security card for W-4 documentation.
Must be able to provide applicable documentation(s) for I-9 in order to establish identity and authorization to work in the US.
Must have valid driver’s license, personal automobile liability insurance, and acceptable driving record (if required to drive).

Nice To Haves

Experience in Long Term Care preferred

Responsibilities

Delivery of resident care through the nursing process: assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation and evaluation.
Directing and coordinating all nursing care for his/her resident based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
Collaborating with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient resident care delivery and achievement of desired resident goals.
Meeting the established standards of his/her profession and practicing within the scope of licensure adhering to state regulations.
Contributing to the provision of quality nursing care and demonstrating positive outcomes in resident care.
