About The Position
Centurion is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team at Potosi Correctional Center in Mineral Point, Missouri. The LPN will provide comprehensive healthcare services to incarcerated patients, working under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical/psychiatric staff. This role involves responding to a range of physical and behavioral health needs within the appropriate scope of practice. The position is for the full-time night shift, from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
Requirements
- Missouri LPN license or ability to obtain license
- Current CPR
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- Corrections experience not required
Responsibilities
- Providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
- Working under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical and psychiatric staff.
