About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) provides nursing care within the scope of licensure to assigned patients, following established nursing standards and hospital policies and procedures. The role performs specific nursing services to promote and maintain health, prevent illness and injury, and provide care based on standards established or recognized by the Board of Nursing. Services are performed under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program for licensed practical nurses.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued in the state where the facility is located.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• At least one year of prior experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities
