About The Position
The Licensed Practical Nurse works closely with registered nurses and physicians to deliver patient care. The role includes monitoring vital signs, assisting with medical procedures, and providing patient education. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and experienced in nursing. Per diem shifts are available, with flexibility required.
Requirements
- Active LPN license.
- At least 1 year of practical nursing experience in LTC/SNF.
- BLS certification.
- Flexibility to work per diem shifts.
- Current pre-employment physical.
- Current PPD/Quantiferon.
- MMR vaccine records or titers.
- Copy of license.
- Two professional references.
