About The Position
Crystal Lake Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for the NIGHT SHIFT to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents. Night shift LPNs are crucial for resident safety, comfort, and continuity of care. Requirements
- Active New Jersey LPN license
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly during overnight shifts

Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and assist residents with overnight needs and daily living activities.
- Monitor, assess, and document resident health, vital signs, and treatments during night hours.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Respond promptly and professionally to overnight resident needs and changes in condition.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development.
