About The Position

Private duty nursing involves working full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with a single client for the entire shift, allowing nurses to work with local clients and have short commutes. Common diagnoses that BAYADA Skilled Nurses work with include TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery. BAYADA offers 24/7 managerial support and a compliance hotline, one-to-one client care, and weekly paychecks. They also provide flexible schedules.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
Responsibilities
- Work with local clients nearby with short commutes.
- Provide one-to-one client care.
- Work full shifts (8's, 10's, or 12's) with one client for the whole shift.
