Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is seeking an energetic Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team, serving the Carver residential area of Massachusetts. This position offers $37 per visit and a flexible schedule. VRNS is a clinician-owned company that emphasizes work-life balance, ongoing support, and clinician value. They are known for their work with the ABI Waiver Program, offering a blend of consistent scheduling and flexibility.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Comfort using computers and electronic medical records (EMR)
Nice To Haves
- Previous home health or community-based nursing experience
- Experience with wound care, chronic disease management, or catheter care
- A good sense of humor
- The ability to navigate Massachusetts back roads without Google Maps
