About The Position
Harmony Village at CareOne Stanwick Road is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for their Assisted Living and Memory Care units in Moorestown, NJ. The LPN will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for assigned residents. This includes direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care, adhering to state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards. The role also involves supervising Certified Nursing Assistants and other licensed nurses within the assigned building, following all accepted state and federal guidelines for their respective disciplines. Requirements
- Graduate from credentialed school of nursing
- Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for residents assigned to his or her care.
- Direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
- Supervises administratively in the building assigned, Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of all staff of his/her respective discipline.
- Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline.
