About The Position

This role involves private duty nursing, which means working full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with a single client for the entire shift. Nurses will work with local clients nearby, resulting in short commutes. Common diagnoses that BAYADA Skilled Nurses work with include TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery. LPNs with experience in hospitals, long-term care, and schools have directly transferable skills suitable for one-to-one client care in a home setting.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
- Directly transferable skills from hospital, long-term care, or school nursing.
Responsibilities
