About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers quality nursing care through interpersonal contact and provides care and services that support patients in attaining or maintaining the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The role includes monitoring and reporting changes in patients’ conditions and assigning duties, instructing, and providing clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). The position is part of an interdisciplinary team focused on quality patient care.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Currently licensed or registered in the applicable state.
• Maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• Obtain CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and maintain current certification throughout employment.
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant action.
• Knowledgeably and competently deliver quality nursing care to patients.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.

Nice To Haves

• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
