About The Position

Prairie Place Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN hours. The role involves ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and maintaining resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. The LPN will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act, and will be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shifts, including staff assignments, mentoring, educating nursing personnel, and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals.

Requirements

Active, and in good standing, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
