LPN - Home Health Care - Night Shifts
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for adult and pediatric home care in the Charlotte Metro area. The role involves providing compassionate, high-quality care to clients in their homes, traveling to client homes on a chosen schedule, executing doctors' orders, performing assessments, monitoring client conditions, and documenting observations and interventions. BAYADA emphasizes empowering nurses to perform skills with autonomy in the home environment. The company was founded on the principle that home care is the best care and is dedicated to serving clients of all ages and diagnoses. They offer extensive paid training, including simulation labs, and around-the-clock clinical support.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
