About The Position
Americare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an assisted living facility. This per diem position offers a unique opportunity to work in a less stressful environment compared to a hospital setting, with a generally slower pace and stable residents. The role involves working as needed according to your schedule, specifically on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays from 7 am to 5 pm. Americare is committed to providing top-notch care and values its staff, offering a supportive management team and accrued sick time.
Requirements
- NYS LPN license
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent Clinical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of office applications and equipment (Outlook, Word, Printing and scanning applications).
Nice To Haves
- CHHA Experience preferred.
- Home Care experience a plus.
Responsibilities
