Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
PurposeCare is seeking a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled care to patients in their homes. The role offers flexible scheduling, manageable caseloads, autonomy in clinical decision-making, and opportunities to build meaningful one-on-one relationships with patients. Nurses provide holistic care that addresses patients’ needs in their homes and supports progress in daily life and recovery. PurposeCare provides home care and home health services in the Midwest and offers training, professional development, mentoring, referral programs, and opportunities to apply for positions at other locations.
Requirements
- Current license with the state Board of Nursing.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
- Ability to perform physical tasks that may include lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing.
- Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check.
