Licensed Practical Nurse LPN
About The Position
Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care at its facility in Roosevelt, Utah. The role supports the development and implementation of resident care plans, administers medications and treatments within the scope of practice, monitors residents and reports changes to the care team, and collaborates with RNs, providers, CNAs, and other interdisciplinary team members to help ensure safe, high-quality care. The facility describes a smaller, personal work setting focused on meaningful relationships with residents and coworkers. New and experienced nurses are welcome to apply. PRN/on-call availability is noted. Pay is $24.00–$31.22 per hour and is based on experience, qualifications, and skills; eligible candidates may receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Shift differentials are listed for weekday and weekend overnight shifts.
Requirements
- Current LPN license in Utah.
- Understanding of nursing regulations and standards of care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings.
Responsibilities
