About The Position

Responsibilities

• Provide essential care to residents, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily activities (such as bathing, dressing, and eating), and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring that residents adhere to their medication schedules.
• Regularly check on residents' health, observing any changes in their condition and reporting these to physicians.
• Work closely with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality care delivery.
• Provide emotional support to residents and their families, helping to address concerns and fears, fostering a comforting environment.
• Communicate with patients' families about their loved ones' health and care plans, ensuring that families are informed and involved in the care process.
• Keeping accurate records of each resident's progress and health status is essential for tracking changes and adjusting care plans as necessary.
