About The Position

The Lumiere of Chesterfield is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an exciting career opportunity. Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join their team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and maintaining resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. Your responsibilities will include resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shifts, staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals.

Requirements

• Active, and in good standing, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Prior experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting
