About The Position

The LPN/LVN provides professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit, clinic or region. The LPN/LVN assesses patient health problems and needs, takes vital signs, administers medication, develops and implements nursing care plans, and maintains medical records. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an LPN or LVN
• Administratively proficient as this position is highly administrative in nature

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Phlebotomy experience
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records
• Experience with HEDIS
